Jennifer Renault is a leader in human services with over two decades of experience in special education, child welfare, and nonprofit management. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Maryland Operations for Arrow Child & Family Ministries, overseeing treatment foster care, residential, community-based, and special education programs. Jennifer is deeply committed to building values-driven workplace cultures that prioritize employee engagement, servant leadership, and excellence in service to children and families. Jennifer holds dual master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology (Towson University) and Education (Loyola University Maryland). She is SHRM-SCP certified and a licensed educator in Maryland. She serves on several Boards, including the National Association of Private Special Education Services and the National Commission for the Accreditation of Special Education Services.
